Women are amazing at multi-tasking and taking care of a lot of people and things. However, often the one person that falls to the bottom of the list is themselves, sound familiar? I am here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be that way!
As a Health and Empowerment Coach I work with women just like you. My goal is to help you to get YOUR life back. To find time to enjoy the things you love, to lose weight, gain energy and confidence and to really feel present in your relationships both at home and in your career.
We will look at how you fuel your body to help you
gain energy and feel amazing.
Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
