When I thought about what I wanted to do with my life, I realized I had two passions.  One is helping people, the other is health and wellness.  As a Health and Empowerment Coach I am able to marry my two passions and do what I love.  Having been through my own wellness journey I know how you feel. In 2004 and I was overweight, lacked confidence and was not looking after the most important person in my life, me!  I was in denial, when I saw myself in pictures it wasn’t the same girl I saw when I looked in the mirror.  Finally I took control and got my life back.  I lost 40 lbs, discovered my inner athlete and gained a new found confidence in myself, my career and my personal relationships.  It lead me to a change in career years later and following my dream of helping people and making the world a healthier place.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

My Training

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
